The monies paid is a non-refundable booking fee. If you are a no-show 50% of the full treatment total will be taken automatically.
If you cancel within 48 hours , your booking fee will not be refunded. If you cancel within 24 hours, 50% cancellation fee of the full treatment total will be taken automatically.
Booking fees will be valid for 6 months. You can change your appointment with the same booking fee a maximum of two times before it expires.
If you are 10 minutes late you will miss your slot and be charged cancellation fees.
Please allow 24 hour notice for all bookings. If you want a same day appointment please ring or message on Instagram as we won’t always be available.
